ROCKLAND, MA, ISSUED JANUARY 10, 2020...The South Shore Chamber of Commerce (www.southshorechamber.org) announces that Renee McInnes, CEO of NVNA and Hospice in Norwell has been named Chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. In this capacity, McInnes will work closely with Chamber CEO Peter Forman and fellow Board members to advance the Chamber’s mission, policies, housing and transportation initiatives. She follows outgoing Chair James Dunphy. With more than 30 years of clinical and management experience in home care and acute care settings, McInnes has served at the helm of NVNA and Hospice since July of 2016. She has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce since 2016 and also serves on the Board of Home Care Alliance. She is an Executive Committee member for the Visiting Nurse Association of New England. In addition, McInnes, who is an RN, serves on the National Association of Home Care Advocacy and Government Affairs Council. She is a graduate of the Suffolk University Emerging Leaders Program and Harvard Business School’s Leadership for Senior Executives Program. “It is with great pleasure that we announce Renee as Chair,” said Peter Forman, CEO of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. “Under her leadership, the NVNA and Hospice has seen significant growth that is poised to continue as the organization enters its second century of service to the South Shore.
