The Boston-based restaurant is teaming up with two iconic Boston brands for a homerun season. Hingham, MA (April 4, 2022)- Wahlburgers, the Boston-based casual dining restaurant founded by brothers Mark, Donnie and Chef Paul Wahlberg, signed a three-year contract with the Boston Red Sox to become the Official Burger of the Boston Red Sox. “We are thrilled to partner with such an iconic team like the Red Sox,” said Mark Wahlberg. You can say this sponsorship hits home for the Wahlberg brothers, who grew up as Red Sox fans in Dorchester, MA. “When I was sitting in the Fenway bleachers as a kid, I never imagined I’d be playing to a sold-out Fenway Park, let alone having our burger named the Official Burger of the Boston Red Sox,” said Donnie Wahlberg. Boston fans can look forward to enjoying Chef Paul’s new Red Sox Inspired Burger, “The Monster” at Massachusetts Wahlburgers restaurants, including Hingham, Dorchester, Fenway, Lynnfield, and Springfield. Piled high with our signature beef patty, avocado spread, lettuce, pickled green tomato, herb and garlic cheese spread, bacon, and house-made green goddess dressing, The Monster will have fans cheering all the way to home plate. Guests can enjoy one of four versions of “The Monster” -- a single (one patty), double (two patties), triple (three patties) and homerun (four patties).
