The Acella team installed new lighting, ceilings, and carpeting on the second floor at West Village H, an apartment-style high rise located on the Northeastern campus at 440 Huntington Avenue that in addition to residences is home to the College of Computer and Information Science and two 66-person classrooms. The installation project also included DIRTT wall partitions for classrooms; the DIRTT brand is integrated, prefabricated construction enabled by advanced technology. In addition, Acella managed the installation of new lighting, carpeting and vinyl tiles for fourth floor office space at the University’s SMART technology center. The West Village H and SMART center work marks the latest in a series of projects managed by Acella Construction for Northeastern University over the past several years.
