Ms. Malloy is rehabilitation and damages expert, working as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. She is a practicing occupational therapist, certified life care planner and certified case manager. Ms. Malloy is an active member in the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), the Northeast Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, the International Academy of Life Care Planners as well as the American Occupational Therapy Association. She is the current President-Elect on the board of the Northeastern Chapter of IARP. Previously she was a member of the 2022 IARP/International Academy of Life Care Planners Symposium planning committee. She is a current member and sub-committee chair involved in the development of a costing framework resulting from the work of the 2022 Life Care Planning Summit. She has contributed to the field of life care planning by lecturing at Capital University Law School’s Life Care Planning Program and presenting at the IALCP Symposium in October of 2022. Her recent publications include articles for the Journal of Life Care Planning and co-authoring a chapter in the 5th edition of the Life Care Planning and Case Management Handbook, Across the Lifespan.
